Due to continued growth, we are looking for an outstanding adjuster to join our friendly and collaborative team. Responsibilities • Perform patient examinations and evaluations • Review medical history and imaging • Provide chiropractic adjustments using Diversified technique • Educate patients on wellness and ongoing chiropractic care • Develop individualized treatment plans • Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes • Order|review diagnostic X-rays when medically necessary • Build strong doctor-patient relationships Qualifications • Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college • California Chiropractic license required • Strong communication and adjusting skills • Reliable, positive, and patient-focused Schedule • Full-time or part-time available • Weekend availability • Flexible scheduling options Compensation & Benefits • $95,000-$115,000 annual salary plus generous performance bonus opportunities • Company-paid malpractice insurance • Health and Dental insurance • 401(k) • PTO - 2 weeks • Paid holidays • Flexible FT|PT options Join an experienced and welcoming team dedicated to helping patients achieve better health and wellness through chiropractic care.
