Pay and Scheduling Breakdown

• Average weekly earnings of $1,300 to $1,800 , growing with your experience level
• $1,000 per week guaranteed for your first 3 months after your first solo dispatch
• Trainee pay of $800 per week while you train
• Starting mileage pay of $0.50 cpm on a 6 month pay band
• $15 stop pay , unload pay matches OTR rate when required

Route & Home Time

• Home every 2 weeks for 2 full days
• Day and night dispatch, weekend work expected, holidays can be requested off
• Runs everywhere from Denver east, minus the Northeast, keeping you in 27 states total

Freight & Equipment

• Dry van freight
• Live load, live unload, preload, and drop and hook

Qualifications

• New CDL-A holders welcome, or 6+ months of solo verifiable experience
• 120+ hours at an accredited CDL training school
• 21 years or older
• Valid driver's license in current state of residence
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
• No DUI/DWI within the past 5 to 10 years
• Must pass hair and urine drug testing
