We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Sage at Franklin Park , a 276 unit apartment community in Austin, TX. Until the property is operational, you will act as a roving Maintenance Supervisor to support other apartment communities in the greater Austin, TX area.
Position Summary:
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the physical property as well as leading the maintenance staff.
