Paradise Architectural PANELS & STEEL is a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality architectural panels and steel products for residential and commercial construction projects. We are currently seeking a full-time Personal Assistant to join our team and provide support to our busy executives.
As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks and providing efficient and effective support to our executives. Your main duties will include managing schedules, arranging appointments and meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling correspondence. You will also be responsible for maintaining and organizing important documents and files, as well as handling any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively. You should also have a strong attention to detail and be able to handle confidential information with discretion.
