Personal Assistant To Uhnwi

A confidential private office is seeking a highly experienced personal assistant to provide hands-on support to a uhnwi. This is a high-trust role requiring exceptional organization, discretion, judgment, and the ability to independently manage a wide range of personal and logistical needs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage complex personal logistics, scheduling, appointments, and reservations
• Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel
• Liaise with internal teams, household staff, vendors, and external contacts
• Anticipate needs, troubleshoot issues, and manage changing priorities
• Maintain organization across multiple requests, schedules, and time zones
• Handle highly confidential matters with discretion

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of pa/epa experience, ideally supporting uhnw individuals or families
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and follow-through skills
• Strong international travel coordination experience
• Highly tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to operate independently
• Polished, discreet, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
