Your Responsibilities

• Identify aspirational healthcare candidates using our proprietary platform and your personal network
• Engage with potential candidates to introduce MLR opportunities and assess their interest
• Schedule meetings between candidates and our recruiters for thorough screening
• Follow through with leads to keep them engaged and assist them on their hiring journey
• Ensure precise and current records within our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on meetings set, interviews conducted, and successful hires generated from your leads

How the Compensation Works

This is a commission-only role focused on performance. Enjoy unlimited earning potential with no maximum on your success.
