Description Company: Atlantic Blue Title: Residential Water Treatment Technician (Experienced) - Company Truck + Benefits
Pay: $28-35 per hour Schedule : Full-time position
Atlantic Blue Water Services is seeking an experienced
Residential Water Treatment Technician to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for a skilled technician who takes pride in

What You'll Do - Install, service, and repair residential water treatment systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment across major brands
- Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding system performance and recommendations
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Ensure all work meets company standards and local regulations

Qualifications - Minimum 3 years of residential water treatment experience
- Strong knowledge of water softeners, filtration systems, RO systems, and related equipment
- Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving/insurance requirements
- Ability to pass a background check
Preferred (not required): - Experience with well pumps and/or water heaters
Physical Requirements - Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment (up to 50 lbs)
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
- Ability to use hands and arms for installation, repair, and tool operation
- Ability to work in residential environments, including tight or confined spaces
Work Environment - Field-based role working in residential customer homes
- Local travel required
